A week in House Can Morei, full of activities for everyone

A week full of activities to enjoy and discover the region, suitable for everyone and especially designed for people with reduced mobility. We can do a session to get into the mysteries of the Universe from the terrace of Can Morei or visit the Museu de la Pell which belongs to the history of the county, within others.

  • Day 1 Arrival and welcome meeting
    You will arrive in the afternoon in the town of Orpí and then you will check in at the house in Can Morei where you will spend the next 5 days. Upon arrival, there will be an orientation briefing and planning for the following days in the region.
  • Day 2 Visit Igualada
    In the morning you take the rental car to drive to Igualada, the capital of the region of Anoia. Once there, you can visit the leather museum which offers wheelchair-adapted tours and includes tactile, visual, auditory and braille reading resources so everyone can enjoy, learn and practice on how to work with leather. At the end of the visit you can stay in the center of Igualada to have lunch and spend the afternoon in the old town. Later in the afternoon you will return to the house of Orpí for dinner and spend the night.
  • Day 3 Taste of local products
    In the morning, a sommelier will come to the Can Morei house for a wine and cava tasting accompanied by artisan cheeses, hams or chocolates to accompany and enjoy quality products surrounded by nature and tranquility at the house of Can Morei. At noon you can have lunch at the Castell d'Orpí Restaurant where they prepare typical Catalan dishes with local products. The afternoon is for relaxing at Can Morei because at night, you are going to join an astronomy workshop on the terrace of the House, which is located in an aera with very little light pollution. This makes for an unforgettable experience of star-watching.
  • Day 4 Visit Capellades
    In the morning you will take the car to the town of Capellades to visit the Paper Mill Museum which is adapted for wheelchair users. The visit lasts around 1:30h - 2h so once you have finished the visit to the Museum, you can have lunch at the Capellades Dalt i Baix restaurant that also has accessibility for people with disabilities. In the afternoon you can return to the Can Morei house and finish enjoying the last afternoon with a view of the mountain of Montserrat and the nature that surrounds Can Morei.
  • Day 5 Departure day
    In the morning you can enjoy the Spa and Pool area of the house before returning back home.

These prices are approximate. In order to finish this pre-booking, and depending on the trip, a deposit between 20% and 100% of total price is required. Once this deposit has been made, the Trek & Ride team will contact you as soon as posible to confirm availability and final price.

The insurance is an essential need four our clients. However, we recommend that you go through the insured amounts and compare them to other insurances to ensure you have the appropriate level of insurance in the event of any incident. In Europe, the European Healthcare card E-115 will give you Access to medical attention; you should request it at your local healthcare centre or hospital. This card is individual and non-transferable.
